Consequently, our state of the art equipment was built to our specifications. Therefore, we have the capability of print and finishing all products in-house with control our use of solvents and emissions.

Additionally, we can customise your labels based on how your product is stored and produced. Because of alterations based on whether your product must extreme conditions, you’re guaranteed a label that can perform.

Our design studio has over 3 decades of experience in the design and production of print labels, which allows you to avoid costly mistakes. The team are on hand to make changes, amendments and alterations to existing artwork or work with you to forge beautiful designs to make your product have real presence.

Planet Friendly Label Materials – No matter what the brief we can recommend materials and processes that will ensure your labels perform in the environment they live in as well as delivering to high sustainability requirements. All of our papers and coverings are FSC® approved, where possible we always recommend biodegradable and compostable materials.

Digital print

Printing digitally allows for greater flexibility of printing over multiple sorts. There is no need to pay for printing plates and our extra wide press brings increased efficiency to the process keeping costs down. Our flexographic process allows us to print longer run labels faster with the use of plates, perfect for spot colour print.

State of the art

Our 500mm wide Xeikon 3500 press uses FDR approved food safe toners, so there is no risk from inks to food and drink products. We’re solvent free, smell free and hazardous emissions of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) free. So we’re not only environmentally friendly, but also operator friendly.

Finishing

Foil, emboss, deboss, laminate, varnish, spot varnish, unusual papers, eco papers – we can create labels to fulfil any brief that requires something out of the ordinary. Our state of the art Digicon 3 finishing line, built for us in the UK by AB Graphic to our bespoke requirement allows us to manage all processes in house.
